Risk Disclosure

Last updated: February 2026

Important Risk Warning

Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You should carefully consider whether trading is appropriate for you in light of your financial condition. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

1. Simulated Trading Environment

Redline Futures Funding provides a simulated trading environment for evaluation purposes. The evaluation phase uses simulated capital and simulated market conditions. Results achieved in a simulated environment may not reflect results that would be achieved in a live trading environment.

2. No Guarantee of Profits

There is no guarantee that you will achieve profits or avoid losses. The trading rules and objectives are designed to evaluate trading discipline and risk management, but successful completion of the evaluation does not guarantee future trading success.

4. Leverage and Margin

Futures trading uses leverage, which means a small market movement can result in proportionally larger gains or losses. You could lose more than your initial investment.

5. Market Risks

Market conditions can change rapidly. Factors such as economic reports, geopolitical events, and market volatility can significantly impact trading results. Slippage and gaps in pricing can occur, especially during volatile market conditions.

6. Seek Professional Advice

Before participating in any trading program, you should seek advice from a qualified financial advisor to determine whether trading is appropriate for your financial situation.
