Official Contest Rules

1. Sponsor

The Redline Futures Funding Content Contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Redline Futures Funding (“Sponsor”, “Redline”, “we”, “us”). Contact: support@redlinefuturesfunding.com.

2. Contest Period

The Contest runs for approximately one month, beginning at 12:00 AM Pacific Time on July 1, 2026 and ending at 12:00 AM Pacific Time on August 1, 2026 (the “Contest Period”). Sponsor’s server clock is the official timekeeping device for the Contest. All entries must be posted or received during the Contest Period to be eligible.

3. Eligibility

To be eligible to enter and win, an entrant must, at the time of entry:

• hold an active Redline account opened on or after July 1, 2026 (accounts opened before July 1, 2026 are not eligible);
• be a member of the Redline Discord; and
• be of legal age in their place of residence (at least eighteen (18) years old, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater), and reside in a jurisdiction where the Contest is permitted.

The Contest is open worldwide, where legally permitted. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All applicable laws and regulations apply, and entrants are responsible for compliance with the laws of their own jurisdiction. Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and representatives of Sponsor and its affiliates, and their immediate households, are not eligible.

4. How to Enter (Free)

During the Contest Period: (1) join the Redline Discord; (2) create and post original, creative content that promotes Redline and tag Redline on Instagram, TikTok, and/or X; and (3) submit your entry so Sponsor can review it. There is no entry fee and no purchase or payment required to submit an entry, and no code is required to enter. The act of entering is posting and submitting content, not buying anything.

Unlimited entries: you may submit as many qualifying posts as you like during the Contest Period. Each qualifying post must be your own original work, must comply with the applicable platform’s terms, and must not contain unlawful, infringing, defamatory, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate material. Content must remain public and tagged so Sponsor can review it.

5. No Purchase Necessary / Alternate Method of Entry

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win this content contest. Entry is accomplished by posting qualifying content as described in Section 4; a purchase will not improve an entrant’s chances of winning. Winners are chosen on the merits of their content (see Section 6), not by random chance.

Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)

To participate without posting on social media, you may submit a free written entry describing the original content you would create to promote Redline. Include your full legal name, email address, and the words “Redline Content Contest Entry”, together with your written entry, and send it to Sponsor by email to support@redlinefuturesfunding.com with the subject “AMOE - Content Contest Entry”, during the Contest Period. AMOE entries are judged on the same merit criteria in Section 6. No purchase or payment is required to use this method.

6. Judging & Winner Selection

This is a skill-based, judged contest. The winner is selected by Redline on the merits of the content submitted, not by chance and not by any form of random selection. During and after the Contest Period, Sponsor (or judges designated by Sponsor) will review all eligible entries and select the winning entry on the merits. Winners are judged on creativity, effort, and reach, with creativity leading. Posting more entries gives the judges more of your work to consider, but volume alone does not win; the strongest content wins on merit.

One (1) winner will be selected. The prize is a Rolex watch, with an approximate retail value of [APPROX. RETAIL VALUE - CONFIRM]. The prize is non-transferable and non-substitutable, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. Sponsor’s judging decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest. In the event of a tie, the tied entry scoring highest on creativity will be selected.

7. Winner Notification

The selected winner will be notified after judging is complete, using the contact information associated with the entrant’s Redline account, Discord, tagged social profile, or AMOE entry. The winner must respond within seven (7) days of the first notification attempt and may be required to verify eligibility and execute a Liability and Publicity Release and, where applicable, an IRS Form W-9 (or equivalent) before the prize is awarded. If the selected winner cannot be reached, declines, fails to respond within the response period, fails to complete required documentation, or is found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected on merit at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

8. General Conditions & Disqualification

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant or entry that: (a) fails to meet the eligibility requirements in Section 3; (b) is not original, infringes any third party’s rights, or violates the applicable platform’s terms; (c) contains unlawful, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate content; or (d) is submitted by an entrant who tampers with the entry process or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failure, or any factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Contest.

9. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, by entering, each entrant grants Sponsor the right to display, reproduce, and distribute their submitted content, and by accepting a prize the winner consents to Sponsor’s use of their name, likeness, social handle, statements, and prize information for advertising and promotional purposes in any medium worldwide, without further compensation, notice, or consent.

10. Prize Delivery, Taxes & Fees

Because the Contest is open worldwide, the winner is solely responsible for all shipping, import duties, customs charges, taxes (federal, state, local, and any applicable foreign or value-added taxes), and any additional fees associated with the delivery and receipt of the Rolex prize, as well as for any expense not specifically described in these rules. Where required, the winner must provide any documentation needed to import or receive the prize in their jurisdiction. Winners may receive an IRS Form 1099-MISC (or the equivalent tax form for their jurisdiction) where the prize value meets the applicable reporting threshold.

11. Limitation of Liability

By participating, each entrant agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, and prize providers from and against any claim, damage, loss, liability, or injury (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to participation in the Contest or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or technically failed entries, or for any error in the administration of the Contest.

12. Governing Law

These Official Rules and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Contest are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of an entrant’s home jurisdiction is non-waivable. If any provision of these Official Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

13. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and is used to administer the Contest, identify the winner, and fulfill the prize.
