Official Giveaway Rules

1. Sponsor

The Redline Futures Funding Promotional Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Redline Futures Funding (“Sponsor”, “Redline”, “we”, “us”). Contact: support@redlinefuturesfunding.com.

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older) at the time of entry, except residents of Florida, New York, Rhode Island, and any other jurisdiction where the Promotion is prohibited or restricted by law.

The following persons are not eligible: (a) employees, officers, directors, agents, contractors, and representatives of Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies; (b) members of the immediate family (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they live) and persons living in the same household, whether or not related, of any of the foregoing; (c) any person whose participation is otherwise restricted by applicable law.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on the “Starts At” date and ends at 11:59 PM Central Time on the “Ends At” date as displayed on the active giveaway page at redlinefuturesfunding.com/giveaway. Sponsor’s server clock is the official timekeeping device for the Promotion.

All entries (whether paid-purchase entries or free Alternate Method of Entry submissions) must be received during the Promotion Period to be eligible.

4. How to Enter

4.1 Purchase Entry

During the Promotion Period, eligible entrants may receive entries by purchasing a Redline Futures Funding evaluation, activation, or instant-funded account at redlinefuturesfunding.com/accounts using the active promotional code displayed on the giveaway landing page. Entries are awarded automatically when payment clears: each U.S. dollar paid (after applicable discounts) equals one (1) entry. Multiple qualifying purchases stack.

Refunded, charged-back, or voided purchases have all associated entries voided and removed from the prize pool.

4.2 Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) — No Purchase Necessary

To enter without making a purchase, hand-print on a 3" × 5" card or piece of paper your full legal name, complete mailing address, daytime telephone number, email address, date of birth, and the words “Redline Futures Funding Giveaway Entry”, and mail in a sealed envelope (with sufficient postage) to:

Each mail-in entry must be hand-printed and postmarked during the Promotion Period and received within seven (7) days after the end of the Promotion Period. Limit: one (1) AMOE entry per envelope; one (1) envelope per person per calendar week. Each valid AMOE entry receives one hundred (100) entries in the prize pool, equivalent to a $100 purchase entry. Mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, or late entries are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or undelivered mail.

4.3 Verification

All entries are subject to verification. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these rules, or engages in any conduct detrimental to Sponsor or the Promotion.

5. Prize

The prize for the active Promotion is described on the giveaway landing page and may include, without limitation, an Apple Mac mini computer or other consumer electronics. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) is displayed on the landing page (typically $700 USD or less for the current Promotion). Only one (1) prize will be awarded per Promotion. Prize is non-transferable and non-substitutable, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.

Prize does not include taxes, shipping insurance, or any expense not specifically described in these rules. Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on the prize. Winners may receive an IRS Form 1099-MISC for prizes valued at or above $600.

6. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period (across both paid and AMOE methods of entry). Each entry has an equal chance of being selected, weighted by its entry count. Live aggregate ticket counts are displayed publicly at redlinefuturesfunding.com/giveaway.

7. Drawing & Winner Selection

On the date the Promotion ends, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Selection is performed by a cryptographically-secure random number generator (Node.js crypto.randomInt) weighted by entry count, and the result is recorded with a SHA-256 audit hash for verification.

The drawing will be live-streamed on Sponsor’s public channels. The decision of Sponsor is final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.

8. Winner Notification & Claim Period

The potential winner will be notified by email and/or telephone using the contact information on file (or on the AMOE entry) within forty-eight (48) hours after the drawing. The potential winner must respond within seven (7) days of first notification attempt and may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release, and an IRS Form W-9 (or equivalent) before the prize is awarded.

If the potential winner cannot be reached, declines the prize, fails to respond within the claim period, fails to complete required documentation, or is otherwise determined to be ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a prize, the winner consents to Sponsor’s use of his or her name, voice, likeness, image, statements, biographical information, hometown, state of residence, and prize information for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes in any medium worldwide, in perpetuity, without further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

10. Release of Liability

By participating, each entrant agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, and prize providers from and against any claim, damage, loss, liability, or injury (including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) participation in the Promotion; (b) the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize; (c) any printing, typographical, technical, computer, network, human, or other error.

Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to, malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (iv) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; or (v) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

11. Disputes & Governing Law

Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitrator shall have exclusive authority to decide all issues of arbitrability.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Sponsor in connection with the Promotion shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Wyoming, without giving effect to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law rules.

12. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Personal information will be used for the purpose of administering the Promotion (including identifying winners and fulfilling the prize) and as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy.

13. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment.

Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

14. Winners List

For the name of the winner, available thirty (30) days after the end of the Promotion, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the address listed in Section 4.2 above, or email support@redlinefuturesfunding.com with subject “Giveaway Winners List Request”.
