Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy governs all fees paid to Redline Futures Funding. By completing a purchase you agree to this policy in full. What you are buying is immediate access to a simulated trading evaluation or funded account — the platform seat, market data entitlement and risk-management infrastructure are provisioned and paid for by us as soon as your order completes, which is why fees are not recoverable.

2. All Purchases Are Final

The following are non-refundable in all cases, regardless of trading activity, elapsed time, or account outcome:

• Gas (Standard) evaluations — all account sizes
• Electric evaluations — all account sizes
• Gas w/ Activation Billing — both the initial purchase and the $129 activation fee
• Diesel (Instant Funding) — all account sizes
• Account resets — evaluation resets and funded-account resets alike
• Powerups — optional account add-ons, whether or not activated
• Processing fees and transaction costs

There is no trial period, no cooling-off window and no partial or pro-rated refund. This applies whether or not you have placed a trade, logged into the trading platform, or used the account at all.

3. Acknowledgment at Checkout

Before payment is collected, every buyer must tick a dedicated checkbox confirming they understand all purchases are final and non-refundable, with this policy linked directly from that checkbox. The order cannot be submitted until it is ticked. We record the date, time, IP address and policy version at the moment of acceptance, and retain that record as proof of disclosure.

4. Limited Exceptions

We will correct our own errors. Refunds are issued only in these circumstances, at our sole discretion:

• Duplicate charges — you were billed more than once for the same order
• Billing errors — you were charged an incorrect amount, or charged for something you did not order
• Failed provisioning — we were unable to deliver the account you paid for and cannot resolve it
• Where required by applicable law

Dissatisfaction with your trading results, failing an evaluation, breaching a rule, or changing your mind are not grounds for a refund.

5. Account Resets

• A failed evaluation may be reset within 72 hours of failure for 40% off the original purchase price (you pay 60%).
• A failed funded account may be reset within 72 hours for a flat $399.
• Reset fees are non-refundable.
• Legacy accounts funded before June 7, 2026 are not eligible for the reset offer and must purchase a new account.

6. Raising a Billing Problem

If you believe you were charged in error under Section 4:

2. Provide your account email and order number
3. Describe the billing error
4. Allow 3-5 business days for review
5. If approved, the refund is processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method

7. Cancellation Policy

All plans purchased after February 2026 are one-time payments with no recurring billing — there is nothing to cancel. Legacy subscribers from the prior Stripe and Whop billing systems may still have recurring monthly charges on those subscriptions; contact Discord support to manage or cancel those.

• Outstanding payout requests on a closed or cancelled account may still be processed if eligible at the time of request

8. Chargebacks

Important: Filing a chargeback before contacting us may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all account access and pending payouts. We encourage you to contact support first to resolve any issues.

• Unauthorized chargebacks will result in permanent ban
• We reserve the right to dispute invalid chargebacks, and will submit your checkout acknowledgment of this policy as evidence
• Legal action may be pursued for fraudulent chargebacks

9. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date and version number. The version in force for any order is the one you accepted at checkout for that order.
