Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which Redline Futures Funding will issue refunds for subscription fees and account purchases. By purchasing our services, you agree to this policy.

2. Gas (Standard) & Electric Plan Refunds

2.1 14-Day Refund Window

For Gas (Standard) evaluation plans (one-time: $99 for $25K, $119 for $50K, $238 for $100K, $298 for $150K) and Electric evaluation plans (one-time: $79 for $25K, $95 for $50K, $190 for $100K, $238 for $150K):

• Eligible for refund: Within 14 days of purchase if NO trades have been placed
• Refund amount: Full purchase price minus any processing fees
• Processing time: 5-10 business days to original payment method

2.2 After First Trade or Beyond 14 Days

• Once any trade has been placed, the purchase is non-refundable (applies to both Gas and Electric evaluations)
• After 14 days from purchase the plan is also non-refundable, even if no trades were placed
• No partial refunds — all plans are one-time purchases with no recurring charges to cancel

3. Gas w/ Activation Billing Refunds

For Gas w/ Activation Billing plans (one-time: $47 for $50K, $97 for $100K, $137 for $150K + $129 activation fee on pass):

3.1 Initial Purchase

• Initial purchase refundable within 14 days if NO trades placed (same as Gas Standard)
• After 14 days or after any trade, the purchase is non-refundable

3.2 Activation Fee

• Non-refundable: The $129 activation fee is non-refundable once paid
• This fee is charged when you pass the evaluation and activate your funded account
• Payment of this fee indicates acceptance of funded account terms

4. Diesel (Instant Funding) Refunds

For Diesel (Instant Funding) plans ($197 for $25K, $327 for $50K, $427 for $100K, $527 for $150K):

• Non-refundable: Diesel (Instant Funding) purchases are completely non-refundable
• This is because you receive immediate access to a funded trading account
• No exceptions regardless of trading activity

5. Conditions for Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund (where applicable), you must meet ALL of the following conditions:

• Request made within 14 days of initial purchase
• NO trades have been placed on the account
• Account has not been used for platform access or data feed consumption
• No rule violations or terms of service breaches
• Account in good standing

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are NEVER refundable:

• Activation fees ($129)
• Diesel (Instant Funding) purchases
• Powerups (optional account add-ons) once activated on an account
• Payments where any trade has been placed on the account
• Purchases more than 14 days old
• Accounts terminated for rule violations
• Processing fees or transaction costs

Account Resets

• A failed evaluation may be reset within 72 hours of failure for 40% off the original purchase price (you pay 60%).
• A failed funded account may be reset within 72 hours for a flat $399.
• Reset fees are non-refundable.
• Legacy accounts funded before June 7, 2026 are not eligible for the reset offer and must purchase a new account.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund (if eligible):

2. Provide your account email and order number
3. State the reason for refund request
4. Allow 3-5 business days for review
5. If approved, refund will be processed within 5-10 business days

8. Cancellation Policy

All plans purchased after February 2026 are one-time payments with no recurring billing — there is nothing to cancel. Legacy subscribers from the prior Stripe and Whop billing systems may still have recurring monthly charges on those subscriptions; contact Discord support to manage or cancel those.

• Outstanding payout requests on a closed or cancelled account may still be processed if eligible at the time of request

9. Chargebacks

Important: Filing a chargeback before contacting us may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all account access and pending payouts. We encourage you to contact support first to resolve any issues.

• Unauthorized chargebacks will result in permanent ban
• We reserve the right to dispute invalid chargebacks
• Legal action may be pursued for fraudulent chargebacks

10. Exceptions

We reserve the right to make exceptions to this refund policy at our sole discretion. Exceptions may be granted in cases of:

• Platform technical failures preventing service use
• Billing errors or duplicate charges
• Other extraordinary circumstances as determined by management

11. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
