Agreement Overview
This Trader Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding contract between you ("Trader," "you," or "your") and Redline Futures Funding ("Redline," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account and purchasing any evaluation or funded account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms outlined in this Agreement.
1. Acknowledgment of Terms
By accepting this Agreement, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- You have read and agree to our Terms of Service
- You have read and understand our Risk Disclosure
- You understand that all evaluation accounts are conducted with simulated capital
- You understand that the simulated capital, balances, buying power, and profit figures shown in your account have no monetary or cash value, are not real money or securities, and are provided only as part of the Services; you have no right, title, ownership, or beneficial interest in them, and no simulated figure entitles you to any payment except a payout that becomes due strictly under your agreement. Redline may adjust, reset, or remove simulated capital, and may liquidate any simulated position, at any time for any reason, and any such action affects only simulated values and does not deprive you of money or property
- You understand that funded accounts, while real, are provided by Redline and subject to our rules and regulations
- You are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement
2. Trading Rules Acknowledgment
2.0 Trading Styles
I understand that each account is sold under one of three trading styles, which determine how drawdown is measured and which funded-account rules apply:
- Gas — trailing drawdown measured 24/7 (including across overnight and weekend gaps); no consistency rule; evaluation auto-funds on passing. Sold as Standard or Activation billing.
- Electric — end-of-day trailing maximum drawdown: the floor trails the account's highest end-of-session balance, moving up only at session close, never intraday, and never moving down; falling below the floor at any time fails the account. A 30% payout-consistency rule applies once funded; evaluation auto-funds on passing.
- Diesel — instant-funded (skip the evaluation); Diesel accounts use a trailing intraday drawdown (the same drawdown style as Gas, not end-of-day) and otherwise run on the Electric funded ruleset, including the 30% payout-consistency rule and Electric funded contract limits.
I understand that the drawdown ceilings are the same, and the drawdown is measured the same way, on both trading platforms (DeepCharts, Redline's included dxFeed browser platform, and WealthCharts, the optional charting and trading platform). The trailing intraday drawdown (Gas and Diesel) is measured against my live account equity, including the unrealized profit and loss of open positions, so an open position can move my drawdown and, if I give back an open trade's profit, reach my floor and liquidate the position. The end-of-day trailing floor (Electric) moves up only at session close; the breach check is live at all times.
2.1 Evaluation Account Rules
I understand and agree to the following evaluation account rules:
- Profit targets: $1,375 for $25K accounts, $2,750 for $50K accounts, $5,500 for $100K accounts, $8,250 for $150K accounts
- Maximum drawdown limits (same dollar amounts across all styles): $1,000 for $25K, $2,000 for $50K, $3,500 for $100K, $5,000 for $150K. Gas and Diesel accounts measure this as an intraday trailing drawdown; Electric accounts use an end-of-day trailing drawdown (the floor moves up only at session close).
- Contract limits (evaluation): 5 mini contracts OR 50 micro contracts per side across every account size and style, evaluation phase. Funded contract limits differ for Electric and Diesel (see Section 2.2). Mini-and-micro mixes scale at the same 1:10 ratio.
- No daily loss limit — only the account's maximum drawdown applies as a loss-limit rule
- No overnight or weekend holds are permitted — all positions must be flat by the daily futures session close on every account style, size, and phase. Holding a position overnight, or over the weekend, is a rule violation and the payout for that cycle will be denied. The drawdown also applies the entire time a position is open (trailing 24/7 for Gas and Diesel; end-of-day for Electric)
- Violation of the maximum drawdown rule results in immediate account failure
- Account inactivity. I must place at least one trade every 25 consecutive days on an evaluation account. Activity means a placed trade; logging in or loading a chart does not constitute activity. An evaluation account on which no trade has been placed for 25 consecutive days is subject to closure (closed and access removed) at Redline's sole discretion.
2.2 Funded Account Rules
I understand and agree to the following funded account rules:
- No daily loss limit — only the account's maximum drawdown applies as a loss-limit rule
- No overnight or weekend holds are permitted — all positions must be flat by the daily futures session close on every account style, size, and phase. Holding a position overnight, or over the weekend, is a rule violation and the payout for that cycle will be denied. The drawdown also applies the entire time a position is open (trailing 24/7 for Gas and Diesel; end-of-day for Electric)
- Up to 5 active funded accounts at a time per trader. Evaluation accounts in progress are not counted toward this cap — only funded accounts.
- Account inactivity. I must place at least one trade every 14 consecutive days on a funded account. Activity means a placed trade; logging in or loading a chart does not constitute activity. A funded account on which no trade has been placed for 14 consecutive days is subject to closure (closed and access removed) at Redline's sole discretion. Evaluation accounts follow a longer 25-day inactivity window. Redline reserves the right to close any account for inactivity.
- Maximum drawdown limits continue to apply — trailing intraday for Gas and Diesel, end-of-day trailing (floor moves up only at session close) for Electric
- Funded contract limits: Gas accounts allow 5 mini OR 50 micro contracts per side at every size. Electric and Diesel funded accounts allow 3 mini OR 30 micro contracts per side on $25K and $50K, and 5 mini OR 50 micro contracts per side on $100K and $150K. Mini-and-micro mixes scale at the same 1:10 ratio.
- 30% payout-consistency rule (Electric and Diesel funded accounts only): no single trading day may account for more than 30% of the total profit in a payout cycle; a breach denies the payout for that cycle. This rule does not apply to Gas accounts.
- Single-trade risk (MAE) rule: a payout is denied for the cycle if any single trade's maximum adverse excursion (its largest unrealized loss before closing) reaches 30% of the account's maximum drawdown on Gas accounts, or 50% on Electric and Diesel accounts. Three or more such trades in one cycle may also result in account termination.
- Minimum 8 trading days per payout cycle
- Minimum 6 winning days with at least $130 profit per winning day
- Minimum payout request: $500 per cycle
- Maximum payout request (per account): the gross per-cycle cap is set by account size — $1,000 for $25K, $1,500 for $50K, $2,000 for $100K, $2,500 for $150K (net after the 90/10 split: $900, $1,350, $1,800, $2,250 respectively), and a trader may request up to 50% of accumulated profit per cycle. No minimum buffer required to remain in the account. Certain accounts funded shortly after June 7, 2026 (before the Electric ruleset merge) retain a flat $2,000 gross per-cycle cap for every account size under their locked account terms; where those terms provide a higher cap than the per-size figures above, the higher cap controls for that account.
- Profit split (per account): 90% trader / 10% Redline — applied to the requested amount
- Post-failure reset (per account): a failed account may purchase a reset within the published reset window
- Processing time: once a payout request is approved, it is processed within up to 14 business days of approval, subject to completed identity verification (KYC), anti-money-laundering (AML) screening, and rule-compliance verification. The 14-business-day figure is a maximum window, not a guarantee of a specific pay date; most approved payouts are processed sooner.
- Duplicate or shared payout methods. My payout method — including the bank account and the ACH routing-number and account-number combination it uses — must belong to me, the verified account holder, and be unique to my account. Where the same payout method, or the same ACH routing-and-account-number combination, is submitted or used on more than one account, or where a payout method does not belong to the verified account holder, the affected accounts are treated as shared or duplicate accounts (a prohibited practice under Section 3). In that event the payout for the affected cycle is denied until I provide a valid payout method held in my own name and unique to the account, and Redline may, in its sole discretion, terminate the additional or duplicate account(s), withhold or cancel any related pending or future payouts, and treat any accumulated simulated profits on the terminated account(s) as forfeited. These rights are in addition to, and do not limit, any other remedy available to Redline.
3. Prohibited Trading Practices
I agree that the following practices are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without refund:
- Gambling, excessive risk-taking, or all-in trading strategies
- Hedging positions between multiple Redline accounts
- Account sharing, group trading, or allowing others to trade my account
- Operating or funding more than one account under a shared or duplicate payment or payout method, including the same ACH routing-and-account-number combination (see Section 2)
- Certifying as a “Professional” market-data subscriber. Redline accounts are for Non-Professional retail traders only; I represent that I do not qualify as a Professional under CME Group's definition, and I must certify “Non-Professional” on the dxFeed / CME Group market-data agreement. Where “Professional” is selected, Redline may reset my market-data certification to Non-Professional and/or place my data feed or account on hold until corrected.
- Exploiting platform errors, bugs, or loopholes
- Using automated trading systems, bots, or EAs without prior written approval
- Following, copying, or mirroring a professional trader's positions via signal services, trade rooms, or copy trading software connected to external sources without first notifying Redline (copying between your own Redline accounts is always permitted and does not require notification)
- Any form of market manipulation or abuse
- Trading on another person's behalf
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent rules or restrictions
4. Payment Terms
I understand and agree to the following payment terms:
4.1 One-Time Pricing
- Standard plans are one-time payments ($99 for $25K, $119 for $50K, $238 for $100K, $298 for $150K)
- Activation plans are one-time payments ($47 for $50K, $97 for $100K, $137 for $150K) plus a $129 activation fee paid after passing the evaluation. The Activation tier is not offered on the $25K account size.
- Instant Funded plans are one-time payments ($197 for $25K, $327 for $50K, $427 for $100K, $527 for $150K)
- No recurring monthly billing on any plan purchased after February 2026
- Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy — in summary: Standard and Activation plans (including the $25K Standard) are refundable within 14 days of purchase if no trades have been placed; Activation fees and Instant Funded purchases are non-refundable

- This summary is governed by the full Refund Policy; if this section and the Refund Policy ever conflict, the Refund Policy controls
4A. Powerups (Optional Account Add-Ons)
Powerups are optional, paid add-ons a trader may purchase for an individual account. They are never required to trade, to pass an evaluation, or to receive a payout. I understand and agree that:
- Per account. Each Powerup is purchased and activated on a single account and affects only that account.
- Eligibility. Powerups are available on active evaluation and funded accounts. Instant-funded accounts are not eligible.
- Conduct waivers. Certain Powerups waive a single, specified payout-conduct rule for the account on which they are activated. Each conduct waiver is single-use: it applies to the next payout evaluated on that account and is then consumed — whether or not the waived rule arose on that payout — and a separate purchase is required to cover any subsequent payout. A conduct waiver does not waive the trailing drawdown, profit target, trading-day, or any other account requirement, and it does not excuse fraud, market manipulation, or other egregious conduct, which remain grounds for denial of a payout and/or termination at Redline's sole discretion.
- Balance Boost and Profit Bonus add real funds to your account balance (Balance Boost while the account is in drawdown, priced per amount added; Profit Bonus credits a percentage of each winning trade's profit). These features apply only while enabled by Redline.
- Pricing is determined by Redline and shown at the point of purchase. Powerups are non-refundable once activated on an account.
- Redline Technologies, LLC may add, modify, remove, or re-price Powerups at any time. Purchasing a Powerup does not change any other term of this Agreement.
5. KYC and Identity Verification
I understand and agree that:
- Identity verification (KYC) is required before receiving any payouts
- KYC is conducted by iDenfy, our third-party identity-verification partner — when payouts are unlocked I will be directed to complete verification through iDenfy's flow (ID document + liveness selfie). Documents are transmitted directly to iDenfy and are not stored by Redline.
- I must provide accurate and truthful information
- Failure to complete KYC will delay or prevent payouts
- Providing false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds
6. Platform and Technology
I acknowledge that:
- Trading is conducted through Volumetrica Trading powered by dxFeed (CME Group Level 1)
- Trading software: DeepCharts (Redline's included dxFeed browser platform) is provided with every account; WealthCharts is an optional charting and trading platform a trader may use. Both run on the same underlying Volumetrica execution and dxFeed data and share the same drawdown ceilings; they differ only in how drawdown is measured (see Section 2.0).
- I am responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection
- Technical issues, platform downtime, or data feed problems may occur
- Redline is not liable for losses due to technical issues beyond our control
- I will use compatible trading software and follow platform guidelines
7. Risk Acknowledgment
I acknowledge and understand that:
- Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss
- Past performance is not indicative of future results
- I may lose my entire account balance
- I am solely responsible for my trading decisions
- Redline does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice
- I have the knowledge and experience necessary to trade futures
- I can afford to lose the fees paid for evaluation/funded accounts
8. Limitation of Liability
I agree that:
- Redline's liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by me
- Redline is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Redline is not liable for lost profits, trading losses, or missed opportunities
- I waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against Redline
9. Account Termination
I understand that Redline reserves the right to terminate my account at any time for:
- Violation of any trading rules
- Engaging in prohibited trading practices
- Non-payment of any fee owed (including the $129 activation fee, or any legacy subscription fee for accounts still on recurring billing)
- Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation
- Material breach of this Agreement or our Terms of Service after written notice and a reasonable opportunity to cure (where cure is possible)
- Activity that exposes Redline, its vendors, or other traders to legal, regulatory, or financial risk
In the event of termination for rule violations, no refunds will be provided.
10. Data and Privacy
I consent to:
- Collection and storage of my personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy
- Recording and monitoring of my trading activity
- Use of my trading data for risk management and compliance purposes
- Sharing my information with third-party service providers (KYC, payment processors)
11. Modifications to Agreement
I understand that:
- Redline may modify this Agreement at any time
- Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date
- Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance
- Material changes will be communicated via email
12. Governing Law and Disputes
I agree that:
- This Agreement is governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles
- Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitrator shall have exclusive authority to decide all issues of arbitrability.
- Any non-arbitrable claim shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and I consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts
- I waive my right to a jury trial
- I waive any right to bring or participate in any class action, collective action, or representative proceeding
- The prevailing party in any arbitration or court proceeding shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees and costs to the extent permitted by Wyoming law
- 30-Day Arbitration Opt-Out: I may opt out of the arbitration and class-action-waiver provisions of this Agreement by emailing support@redlinefuturesfunding.com within thirty (30) days of first accepting this Agreement, with the subject line “Arbitration Opt-Out” and including my full name and the email address associated with my account. Opting out does not affect any other provision of this Agreement.
- If any provision of this Agreement (including any provision in this Section) is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remainder of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect, except that if the class-action waiver is found unenforceable, the entire arbitration agreement shall be null and void and disputes shall instead be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
12A. California Residents — State-Law Addendum
If my primary residence is in the State of California at the time a dispute arises, the following overrides apply to Section 12 to the extent California law would otherwise require:
- Choice of law (CoL override). California law governs any claim that California public policy treats as non-waivable, including but not limited to claims under the California Consumers Legal Remedies Act, the Unfair Competition Law (Bus. & Prof. Code § 17200), and the California Privacy Rights Act.
- Public-injunctive relief carve-out (McGill v. Citibank). Notwithstanding the arbitration agreement and class-action waiver above, I retain the right to seek public injunctive relief in a California court of competent jurisdiction. Nothing in this Agreement waives that right, and any clause that would have that effect is severable as to California residents only without invalidating the rest of the arbitration agreement.
- Forum. I may bring any claim that is not subject to arbitration in either the state or federal courts located in Wyoming or in the California county where I reside.
- Privacy rights. I have the rights described in the Privacy Policy, including the right to know, delete, correct, and limit the use of sensitive personal information, and the right to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
